We are aware and are diligently working through problems on our Nevada server. This server is currently down and this notice will be updated when we have more information to provide.
Update: We had a corrupted file system that needed to be repaired, this has been fixed and the server is back online.
Our alabama server experienced a high load event this afternoon that could not be corrected without rebooting. The server was rebooted and all services are returning to normal.

We are experiencing Kernel issues with this server. The issue is being investigated and the server will be back online as soon as possible.
We have been experiencing hardware related issues on this server as of early this morning. The server is currently up and running; however, at a diminished capacity. At 10:00 CST Network Engineers observer connectivity issues impacting service for server in Cedar Fall Iowa. The team is working to identify the source of the issue and a resolution. Updates will be provided through the announcement and all efforts are being made to minimize the impact of this issue. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Beginning at 2:45AM CST our network experienced route instability which caused many customers to lose access to their accounts.
As of 5:20AM CST the route instability has been corrected and service restored to those affected.
