I am blocked in the firewall, what do I do?

If your IP gets blocked in the firewall you can unblock it yourself thorugh our Self Service portal that is available once you login to our client area.

Please visit this link: Self Service IP Unblock  or once you login you can find the "UnblockIP" link under the support menu.

NOTE: You will need to be logged into our client area to submit the request.

Once on the Unblock IP page you can either enter the IP address you want to check or you can check your own that is already pre-populated for you.  

NOTE:  Please allow up to 5 minutes after your request to ensure that the unblock was performed and also make sure you clear your browser cache if your browser is not letting you access your website.
